STRATEGIC PARTNERS

Build careers alongside us.

We work with the professionals already around an artist. When the people advising a career are aligned, decisions get made faster and they hold up longer.

FEATURES

What a partnership actually includes.

No fee, no exclusivity, no obligation to send anyone. What it gives you is a defined place to send an artist who needs what we do.

ONE CONTACT

A person, not an inbox.

You deal with the same person throughout, and that person can answer for the whole relationship rather than routing you onward.

WRITTEN SCOPE

Your work stays yours.

What we do and what you do is put in writing before anything starts, so there is no overlap and no gap, and nobody guesses who owns a decision.

FOLLOW UP

You hear what happened.

You are told where the introduction went. Not a status page, a person telling you, whether or not it turned into anything.

BENEFITS

What you get out of it.

Referring someone puts your own relationship on the line. The point of this is that it never costs you for having made the introduction.

YOUR CLIENT

They come back better prepared.

An artist with a written plan is easier for you to advise, because the decisions you are asked about have already been thought through.

YOUR TIME

You stop doing our job.

The career questions that land on you because there is nobody else to ask move to someone whose job they are.

YOUR NAME

The referral reflects well on you.

We say no when we are not the fit rather than take the meeting anyway, so what you send is either helped or honestly redirected.

WHO WE SERVE

The people already in the room.

Entertainment attorneys, business management and tax, and publicity and marketing. Professionals who serve artists directly and who care about the same thing we do: a career that is still standing in ten years.

TRUST

One artist at a time.

A roster bets on twenty careers hoping one breaks. We manage one, which means the attention you are referring someone into is real.

Focused attentionThe artist you send is not competing with a roster for our time.
Separate accountsArtist money sits in a separately titled account with its own ledger, reconciled monthly.
Written plansOpportunities are measured against a career map, so advice can be checked rather than taken on faith.

HOW IT WORKS

How a referral moves.

01IntroduceYou send a name and a sentence about where they are.
02ListenOne conversation to understand the career, not a pitch.
03DecideWe say yes, no, or here is who is better placed.
04Report backYou are told what happened either way.

FAQS

Frequently
asked

Is there a referral fee?

No. We do not pay for introductions and we do not ask you to pay for ours. Money moving between advisors is how advice stops being advice.

Do I have to send anyone?

No. There is nothing to sign and no volume expected. A partnership here means we know each other well enough to be useful when it comes up.

Will you take over the relationship?

No. Scope is written down before anything starts. We manage the career. Your work with them stays yours, and we will say so in front of the artist.

What if the artist is not a fit?

We tell you, and we tell them, and where we can we point to someone better placed. Taking a meeting we cannot serve wastes their year and your credit.
