FREQUENTLY ASKED
Frequently
asked
Who is this for?
Emerging and established multicultural R&B artists who are serious about building a sustainable career. Representation is selective and it is one to one: we manage a single recording artist at a time, because everything described here is work we are actually doing and it cannot be done at volume.
How long is the engagement?
As long as the written scope says and no longer. Before anyone starts, what we do, what you do, what it costs and how long it runs is put in writing. If management is not the right fit at this point in the career we will say so first.
What do I need before starting?
Your answers. The Artist Career Map asks the questions a manager asks in the first month, across touring, merchandise, recording, publishing, marketing and finance, and nobody else can supply them. What you write becomes the plan rather than a document that sits somewhere.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Placement and label funding are not ours to promise, which is why they sit in the Not included column above. What we commit to is the plan, the work against it, and reporting what actually happened rather than what was hoped for.
