Rhythm & Brands

Accessibility Statement

Effective September 15, 2026.

Our commitment

Rhythm & Brands exists to make the business of music easier to understand. That is worth very little if the material cannot be reached, so we treat accessibility as part of whether the teaching works rather than as an extra.

What we do

Every workshop carries captions and a downloadable transcript, so the material can be read as well as watched. Every template is available in a format a screen reader can read. Body type in workbooks and templates is set larger than in our marketing material, because it is read at length and often filled in by hand.

We hold running text to combinations that carry enough contrast to be read comfortably. Our gold and our silver are used for accents, rules and field markers, never for body text, because neither carries enough contrast against ivory to be read at length.

The site is built to work with a keyboard alone, to keep a visible focus indicator, to label form fields properly, and to describe images that carry meaning.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA, and we check against it as we build rather than only at the end.

Where we know we fall short

This is an honest list rather than a complete one. Some older material may not yet have a transcript. Some third party tools we rely on, including payment and video services, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Where we find a gap we fix it rather than document it and move on.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need material in a different format, email info@rhythmandbrands.com and tell us the page and what happened. We will reply, and if you need a workshop or template in another format we will get it to you rather than ask you to wait for a fix.
