Evaluate how your artist brand currently appears across your platforms, content, visuals, messaging, and other audience touchpoints. Identify strengths, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to stand apart.
Outcome. Produce an honest inventory of how your brand currently reads to someone who does not know you.
You already have a brand. It is whatever a stranger concludes after three minutes with your profile, your last four posts, your cover art and your bio. The work here is not to invent one. It is to find out what the existing one says, because that is what you are actually changing.
Go touchpoint by touchpoint. Every platform profile, the images at the top of each, your last month of content, your artwork, your bio in each place it appears, your website, your merchandise, anything with your name on it. Capture each one as it is, not as you meant it.
Then read the set together. Where does it agree with itself, where does it contradict, and what is simply missing. The contradictions are the most valuable finding, because an audience reads inconsistency as inexperience, and it is the cheapest thing on this list to fix.
What you will produce
A brand audit covering every public touchpoint, with the strengths, the gaps, the contradictions, and the openings nobody else in your lane is using.
